RED

Plot:

Frank Moses (Willis) is a retired CIA operative (retired RED which means Retired, Extremely, Dangerous) who just wants to start a new life and maybe even meet someone to settle down with. He likes a costumer service representative named Sarah (Parker) that he has just talked to over the phone, but soon, he realizes that he is targeted for assassination as well as Sarah just because he has shown interest in her. Frank kidnaps Sarah so that he can keep her alive while he assembles his old teammates from the CIA, Joe (Freeman), Marvin (Malkovich), Victoria (Mirren) and Ivan Simanov (Cox) so that they can find out who is out to exterminate them and why a new young relentless CIA agent named Cooper (Urban) is so set on catching them.

Reel Talk:

This movie has everything -comedy, action, suspense and intrigue. It also has a great cast of seasoned actors and actresses, with the veterans making a statement that they are not too far over the hill that they can’t act. It was good seeing the likes of film legend Ernest Borgnine in his cameo as the records keeper. Overall this is definitely a good movie for Willis and crew. Not an Oscar worthy movie, but very entertaining.
